Our AI-powered Trial Finder matches patients to active clinical trials based on their diagnosis, location, and medical profile. We pull from ClinicalTrials.gov and filter for eligibility in plain language — no medical training required. If a trial exists that fits, we help you find it.

TLAC — Think Like a Clinician App

The TLAC App trains residents, fellows, and attendings to reason through differential diagnoses using case-based learning and AI feedback. By building better clinicians, we improve the pipeline of physicians who can identify and refer patients to trials in the first place.

Patient Travel Support Program

When a patient qualifies for a trial but cannot afford to participate, S1M funds the journey. We cover transportation, lodging, and related travel costs so that financial hardship is never the reason a patient says no. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
